The Dulwich Lab (TDL) is our new online platform for research and development at DCI schools. All our staff – teaching and non-teaching – are encouraged to do action research and are supported in its conduct. TDL manifests itself in our online publication of the same name. Each issue of TDL has a theme, such as technology or action research, and a guest editor in addition to the regular editorial board.
TDL welcomes well-researched and well-written contributions from staff at all levels. A young teacher with little experience in action research may wish to conduct a short-term project with a limited scope, while a more experienced staff member may contribute an excerpt of a Master’s thesis based on a long-term piece of research. TDL supports both types of research and writing, as well as everything in between, as part of its commitment to inclusivity.
