Kathryn is excited to join the Dulwich community, bringing over 8 years of teaching experience with her. Kathryn started her teaching career in east London, where she taught German and French to GCSE and A ‘level. Kathryn was deemed an outstanding MFL teacher, by ofsted and she also successfully managed a large department of 12 members of staff as Head of MFL.

After, becoming a mother the 3 girls, Kathryn developed a passion for the early years.

After re training and working at an outstanding early years setting in the UK, where Kathryn developed a love for outdoor learning and child led learning, Kathryn and her family moved to Myanmar, to give their children a global outlook and explore teaching overseas.

Kathryn graduated from the University of Hull with BA (Hons) and completed her PGSE at Kings college London.

Kathryn enjoys exploring new countries and cultures and has lived in the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Bangkok and Yangon, she is an avid traveler.

Kathryn also enjoys family time, reading, swimming, cooking and yoga.
